  29.     Brian D. Cutler authorizes on-line distribution only in
  30.     accordance with the following restrictions.  Disk Vendors and
  31.     Distributors should refer to the VENDOR.TXT text file for
  32.     complete license information.

  34.     This software package is defined as containing all the material listed
  35.     in the PACKING.LST text file.
  36.     If you feel there are files missing or files have been changed in some
  37.     way, please contact the author to obtain a complete package suitable for
  38.     distribution.

  41.        files and documentation files - CANNOT be modified in
  42.        any way (other than that mentioned in the following
  43.        paragraph) and must be distributed as a complete package,
  44.        without exception.  The PACKING.LST text file contains a
  45.        list of all files that are part of this software package.

  47.     o  Many BBSs customarily add a small text file
  48.        (advertisement) to each archived file.  This text file
  49.        describes the BBS and tells people that the file was
  50.        downloaded from that particular BBS.  Other BBSs add a
  51.        small one-line message with their BBS name and phone
  52.        number into the compressed file, which will display when
  53.        the file is uncompressed.  Either of these methods of
  54.        mentioning your BBS are acceptable and may be used,
  55.        provided the program and documentation is otherwise
  56.        unmodified and complete.

  59.        versions of this software package, without written permission
  60.        from Brian D. Cutler.  If the version you have obtained is
  61.        over twelve (12) months old, please contact me to ensure that

  65.        decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or
  66.        transfer the licensed program except as provided in this
